While in Orlando for #MonkeyKingdomEvent we did a lot to learn about nature and about Monkey Kingdom. The very last day of our trip was a day that we had off! So the last evening, I went to sponsored dinner magic show with Tony Brent at Orlando’s Wonderworks!
One thing you might not realize about most comedians is that a lot of them are writers. When creating a show that includes comedy, impressions, magic, and interaction from the crowd you need to be able to entertain and create a story to keep the entire audience of all ages engaged. Tony Brent’s Wonderworks was talented and amazing and at the end of the show I learned he was also a humble philanthropist!
His show was FUN and kept us on our feet! Of course, we had a table filled with about 20 bloggers and a PR rep! So when our PR rep was called on stage to be a part of the show it made our night more fun and entertaining. I have no clue how he did ANY of his magic tricks and I love how he kept his audience involved. You almost felt like you were part of the show. I witnessed a little boy who just wanted to make conversation with him at the table next to us because of how comfortable Tony made the audience feel.
Although cameras and recording aren’t involved, I was there as press so it was encouraged. 🙂
While at the show tables get an unlimited amount of pizza, salad, and popcorn. They are also served beer, wine, soda, and dessert that is brought to you by your table server.
The show is REALLY affordable too! You get hours of entertainment AND dinner! The adult prices are $29.99 and children and seniors are $19.99.
