Last weekend I attended SheCon. This was another blogger conference! I signed up for it, after hearing about it from someone I work with. I looked in to it…and it looked like it was all about networking! If you know me, I am very social! I might be a geek, but I am very social! Plus, the conference was in DISNEYWORLD! We got killer conference price hotel tickets and park tickets!!! It was a steal!
While I was there I was able to talk to many brands! There were about 8 companies that were in the expo hall and I was able to sit and talk to each one of them! Each one of them held their uniqueness! I met with Tanga and we chatted about computers and steaks. I met with the College Hunks and they were just so funny! It was interesting and all about connecting so that I can provide more to my readers!
This conference might not have happened if it wasn’t for Subway! They were a huge sponsor! They prepared us a HUGE healthy lunch. This was needed with the Florida sun and the energy it takes to network with each person! Plus, they brought us Mickey and Minnie! We were able to hang out with them, take any picture we wanted, and we were given printed out pictures on the spot!!! We then went to a toy party with more brands! Subway provided me the ability to WIN that adorable Brave set. My daughter and I have played with it EVERYday!!!
You hear bloggers talk about “swag” at times. This conference was filled with it…check it out! It isn’t about the “swag” but rather the brands you get to connect with!
