The Spider-Man Homecoming Press Junket experience was amazing! I shared with all of you that I flew down to New York for one night and two days and I had an amazing time! I wanted to share with all of you what I did while I was there! It was totally a dream trip! I love Marvel and I love Spider-Man. This movie Spider-Man Homecoming has to be the BEST Spider-Man movie I have ever seen! It was….by far actually!
The scenic backdrop of Manhattan was perfect for this press junket since that of course is where Peter Parker is from and lives! When I arrived in New York I took a Lyft downtown to our hotel. I freshened up and grabbed some New York City pizza and Garlic Knots and headed to the press junket to enjoy some pretty cool once in a lifetime opportunities! When I arrived there the same Pizza shop that we randomly stopped to eat, also had delivered lunch there. Isn’t that ironic!?
As a matter of fact, we had tons of yummy food in New York!
The first experience at the press junket was with one of Tom Holland’s stuntman where he saved me after falling off a building. I didn’t’ really fall off the building, but it was so much fun with the music playing, the fan blowing in my hair, and Spider-Man being there! If you missed a chance to view my video watch it below!!
The picture above is the setup, I embedded the video below!
We were able to get lots of goodies while we were there: the soundtrack to the movie, tons of toys, and of course munch on some Spider-Man snacks that have already hit your supermarket!
Hasbro was a sponsor with some great toys set up at the junket! The Spider-Man mask also makes a great vase cover. HAHA!
There was another experience with Sony and Tech X Entertainment with Future Lab where we played a projected time game to try to catch Spider-Man. Buildings were made with blocks and you moved the tiles around to find Spider-Man on different floors. I am not sure if I was Iron-Man or the Vulture, but I do know I had to capture him.
That evening we went to screen Spider-Man! I will be posting my review to share with all of you! Be sure you stay after the credits! The movie was amazing, it was so funny, and it kept me on the edge of my seat! It is also filled with tons of surprises that I didn’t expect!
The next morning we went back to the Press Junket and had our press conference with the entire cast! You can watch the entire video! It was a great conference!
After the press conference, we went and worked on a Spider-Man Goodwill challenge! I was given a $25 limit to go shopping and pick up inspiration to create my own Spider-Man suit challenge! This will be shared on my site soon and guess what…you can participate as well!
Then we ended our trip with the most relaxing boat tour of Peter Parker’s hometown!
It was pretty amazing as I toured the city in the Adironda! I got to see the skyline, the Ferry (pictures coming soon of the set visit tour), the Statue of Liberty, and enjoy food and the wonderful wind in my hair! It was the end of the most perfect weekend celebrating and promoting the best Spider-Man movie that I am going to go and see again on opening day!
Here is a selfie with Lady Liberty!
We lifted the sails right away!
I hope you enjoyed me sharing my experience! Now be sure to book your ticket to Spider-Man opening day on 7/7/17!
