I have completed week two of Nutrisystem and I have definitely had some tough days. Today was one of them. I get so tempted by food. I know that I have liked all of the Nutrisystem food I have received, but when my mom makes homemade Italian food and takes it in to my work, it is so hard to say, “no”. I also go out of town for a few days, so I am going to do my best to not over eat. This week I felt like my stomach was a little flatter but I had only lost .1 of a lb. I had weighed myself throughout the week and it was going up some days, so I will take that small weight loss and just try to stay positive!
I am working on trying to cut out so much caffeine and drink more water. In about a week or two, I am going to try to start using my Fitbit again and try to get in more steps each day.
My before and after picture will need to wait just a little bit. I took it but I didn’t have the same shirt on, so I am going to wait until middle of next week when I am in town.
Starting Weight: 144 lbs
After Week 1: 137.3 lbs (down .1 lb from last week)
