Okay last week I had a spike in my weight lost…it went down again to 135.7 today it is back up to 137.7. I am thinking it is because I have been drinking a lot of pop and I have been slightly off track a few days with eating out. This week is going to be another tough week because I leave for LA tomorrow! I will be super busy working and running around doing a bunch of awesome things but that will mean all my meals will be me eating out. It will make it definitely tough. What I have noticed with my personal experience that sometimes when I increase my calories my eight drops just a bit. I have been sticking to the meals and they are pretty good and I LOVE not having to plan out my meals for very long. I do need to continue to drop as time goes. So I have access to a counselor and I think it is time to ask for some help.
Positive note: I did notice that I can now fit in a few pants that I wasn’t able to buckle previously! So that is a start! I have some other clothes I still need to get myself to fit in to but this is quite the voyage!
