The famous, Madrina’s, has now launched ICE CREAM!!! When I was asked to review Ice Cream of course I jumped and said, “YES”! I would consider myself an ice cream expert for my obsession of cold sweets! I eat ice cream and frozen yogurt a lot! When I found out it was Madrina’s, I was excited because I had never had it before and I have seen their brand in grocery stores already!
So today we had a movie night! It was an early movie night! My husband, 3 year old, and I all watched the Lorax! We had yummy pop corn, twizzlers, and then we finished off with sweet ice cream! I purchased two flavors! I had Piña Raz (pineapple ice cream with raspberry swirls) & Madrina’s Café con Leche! I should have known it was popular because the store was almost out! I found it at my local Price Chopper.
The entire family loved the ice cream. I didn’t give my daughter the Cafe con Leche, but she did dig into the Pina Raz! The Cafe con Leche would be amazing served as a late night snack to guests with biscotti and coffee! I didn’t have any chocolate syrup, but it would have been PERFECT! The Pina Raz is perfect for a sweet chiller and is great served by iteself!
Mandrina’s Ice Cream flavors are flavors are Cafe con Leche, Coconut, Horchata, Espresso con Chocolate, Pina Raz, and Mango Mango.
For the price! WOW! It was super cheap! It was a lot cheaper than other brands at Price Chopper for the small pints & right now there is a rebate offer!
More information about Madrina’s Ice Cream!!! It was founded so that consumers can experience fun multicultural flavors based on traditional Latin flavors! It was founded by a St. Louis business man, Rich Davis, and is ran in Chesterfield. The ice cream was just launched this May with flavors Café Mocha, Café Vanilla, and Café con Leche!
These products can be found in the Midwest, in St. Louis and other cities Kansas City, Omaha, Memphis, Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Chicago. I bet they grow fast to a city near you!!!
