Credit Score is a very important factor when working on your finances! I have been couponing and bargain shopping to be debt free! With the economy affecting us completely.
I know there are tons of different philosophies out there on finances. Here are some that I have followed.
First, we started off my knowing our credit score. We found a free one on line that had a free trial like FreeCreditScore.com.
We wrote down any debt that we had and the interests rates. We started off with paying down the highest interest rate first!
I suggest calling each debt that you have and just ask them if you qualify for a lower interest rate. You can do this every 3-6 months. The key is making payments on time so that you are in good standing with any debt that you have. You can do this on cards that you don’t even have a balance on as well.
The worst thing that can happen, is that say “no”. Just ask. Don’t be upset. Find out what you would need to do for the future to qualify for lower interest.
I hope this helps! As you get one debt paid off work on another. Know you score and make sure it is going up. If not, find out why and what you can do to fix it. Get financial advice from your banker.
Don’t spend more than what you make. 😀

I have one!!! If I won one I Would give it to my grandma. As I think about it if I don’t win one I will give grandma mine. She loves the matt in the kitchen. I just paid 70 for that one. I just love her so much and her back feels so much better while doing dishes!!
