Right now you can visit the 48th Annual Kansas City Symphony Designers’ Showhouse in Midtown at Hyde Park! This beautiful home was a castle with servant quarters and only had one drawer in their kitchen! This old Kansas City home belongs to a young couple who were chosen to have their home be displayed and the main location for this Showhouse!
The Showhouse is a benefit for the Kansas City Symphony and features many designers who were picked to decorate different rooms in the home! The home had some amazing transformations and the before and after pictures that you can find there are amazing! We were provided a tour to visit all of the rooms and check out all of their decor! There were many rooms that I loved! I had two favorites that totally stood out!
I loved the West Elm media room! I love entertaining and that room was fun and perfect! The colors were soft grays and greens and it was my total style! I don’t know what type of decor style I like…but that was it!
Then the kitchen was my dream kitchen! It was AMAZING! The WOLF appliances with the drawer microwave, built in wine on tap, coffee machine, and amazing countertop had me drooling on the beauty of the kitchen! I think I could actually learn to cook in that kitchen!
