About a year ago I published a story about Jet.com’s Remorse Fee. They created a great way for customers to save but how does that affect the Jet.com return policy. If you waive the option to NOT return an item then the price of the item goes down! With the Holidays around the corner and MANY more people shopping online there is a great chance that buyers are going to change their mind, items aren’t going to be what they expected, or perhaps stuff just might not fit anymore!
Jet.com Return Policy
So if you purchase something from Jet.com and you are probably interested in what their return policy must consist of. Like many companies Jet offers 30 day FREE jet returns. Once you have made your order, you go back to the order history page, and then you print off Jet’s return label! You will be credited your purchase amount. The item should be returned in their original state with tags and such! They do have some items that are non returnable. So if you purchase a box of Cheez-its and accidentally get the White Cheddar kind, then sorry you gotta keep it.
Saving MONEY with Jet.com’s Remorse Fee and THEN needing to return an item: So during your purchase you might be offered a lower price for an item! Like the image I have below. This just waives their free shipping policy. What happens if you decide you need to return the item? Then you are charged a small fee of $5.99 and 5%. I would ONLY opt out of this if you are sure you are going to keep the item. Unless you like to take chances like I do! I am all for finding the cheapest price. So the Jet.com return policy definitely helps with buyers remorse! If you are all for finding the BEST bargain, then you might opt out for a cheaper price and more savings. If you change your mind then you will definitely have to pay more to return the item. I don’t return very many items, so opt out more than most I think! I feel that their return policy is fair, and if you are purchasing a gift for someone than I wouldn’t opt out if I were you!
