I had the great opportunity to have a Jack McBrayer Interview, but since I work it was via email! Some of you know Jack McBrayer from Wreck-it Ralph as Fix-It Felix, others know him from 30 Rock, Phineas & Ferb, or even possibly remember him from Conan! Tonight he will be on the The Middle for their special Thanksgiving Show! I was super excited when I was asked to interview him! I had to work so I was able to e-mail him a few questions!
Do you prefer doing movies or tv shows and why?
Well, I’ve really only done a few movies, and they’ve been great fun. But I have to admit that I do enjoy the routine of doing a TV show – knowing your schedule, knowing your finances for the year, that kind of thing.
Where in your career did you finally feel like you made it as an actor?
I felt very proud performing at Second City in Chicago. It was a very prestigious accomplishment (or it was to me, at least), and I was honored to be there.
Have you started your Holiday shopping yet? 🙂
I think it’s gonna be a pretty low-key Christmas this year. I always go overboard with my seven-year old nephew, but I think all the adults just want to take it easy with the shopping this year. Which is okey-dokey with me!
Tune in tonight for The Middle!!
THE MIDDLE – “Thanksgiving V” – Thanksgiving finds the Heck family in turmoil when Axl tries to figure out the perfect time to tell his parents that he dropped three out of his four college classes. Frankie’s dad, Tag, admits to Mike that he lost a lot of money gambling online and won’t be able to take his wife Pat on a planned cruise. Sue is hiding a shocking secret from her discount shopping excursion with Frankie, Dr. Goodwin and Uncle Rusty’s wife and kids show up unannounced for Thanksgiving dinner, and Brick goes to extreme measures to have lime green jello salad during the feast, on “The Middle,” WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 20 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
