My favorite part of Christmas is our family coming together, we play games, we pray, we eat, we joke around, we reminisce about days and family members gone by, we open white elephant gifts and we revel in each other. We are beyond fortunate… our children and grands all live close by. I pray everyone gets to be with family at Christmas… no matter what that family looks like. At friend’s houses, churches, apartment lobbies, soup kitchens, wherever people gather, God bless us everyone.

This is such a change in the movies coming out this year. This has a special one and the story line using the birth of Jesus through Mary’s eyes is done so well. The way they turn this into a musical comedy was well done. This is a must-see movie for the season. Sure, there’s no monsters or superhero’s but it has a learning lesson for all.
