New York’s Fashion Week has once again brought us enough trends and styles to inspire our closets for the rest of the year. Though the silhouettes and designs never cease to amaze spectators, many of us only dream of having runway looks in our closet without paying the runway price. The good news is that there are plenty of ways to be runway ready at all times while still on a budget! Here are a few looks from New York’s 2016 Fashion Week and how you can find similar looks at a more affordable price.
New & Neutral
Pantone listed Warm Taupe as one of the top 10 colors to stand out in fall 2016, and we saw that at Fashion Week as well. Designer Jasmine Chong showed the beauty in simplicity with her neutral-colored collection, from accessories to shoes to blazers and more. This unique nude Cross Body Satchel from Asos is an affordable option to accessorize with any outfit. For $43, this classic piece can go from a day outing, right into the nightlife. For the sophisticated oversized blazer look seen on Jasmin Chong’s runway, you can also get the Oasis Tailored Blazer for only $69 from Asos.

Lead with Leather
Jewelry designer Amber Poitier shared her collection inspired by Africa’s Ivory Coast this year at Fashion Week. Her line of unique leather jewelry pieces can help fashionistas stand out from the crowd with this sleek yet bold fabric. The Faux Leather Hoop Drop Earrings for $27 come in a striking jet black color and provide an elegant edge to your date night outfit. At an even more affordable rate, you can purchase the simpler Blue Faux Leather Braided Hoop Earrings for $20. Both of these distinct pieces can be found at Macy’s. Another standout piece from Amber Poitier’s collection would be her assortment of wooden cuffs, pairing leather and wood accessories give a complimentary and versatile look. At Novica, you can find these Artisan Crafted Floral Wood Bracelets for only $21. Because these wood bracelets come in a typical neutral color, you can pair them with a simple spring dress or pants for an innovative look.
