Healthy Choice Meal Tips
Use tortillas to wrap some of the meals! Some tortillas are only one point each! Some of these meals are great with tortillas!
Add salt, pepper, and red pepper to make them a bit spicy if you like spicy food.
Some of these also can be split into two for a side and add a chicken breast and fruit for some easy and quick meals!
Set up your workspace to make eating healthy easier.
Keep mini salt and pepper shakers and fill them up with salt, pepper, and even red pepper for your favorite spices to go with your meals!
Keep a mini fridge and microwave at your work if your work allows for it! Fill it with healthy snacks.
