My family loves our Elf on the Shelf! I came up with an idea for today’s tip! It is an Elf on the Shelf Aladdin Flying Carpet ride! With the release of Aladdin’s Diamond DVD/Blu-ray my kids are totally getting into their “new” movie! I LOVE passing movies I loved when I was younger to my kids and having them love the same ones too! Well if you are thinking about purchasing the new Aladdin Diamond Edition DVD/Blu-ray you might want your Elf on the Shelf to deliver it! You might also want for your Elf to by flying on a magic carpet ride!
So how did we create the Elf on the Shelf Aladdin Flying Carpet?
- It was a lot easier than I thought! We found cute little magic carpets that were doll houses rugs! We also had 40% off coupons to purchase them! My husband had a bit of thin scrap medal but you can use thin wire instead. Glue the metal or wire between the two rugs.
- Use double sided tape to position your Elf on the Shelf.
- Hang it with thin string or fishing wire from anywhere you would like!
- If you like the thrill of adventure try hiding it in your kids’ room while they are sleeping…I dare you! 🙂
