I am excited to have had the opportunity to work with Colgate Total Mouthwash! I am a pregnant mommy who has been thinking mouthwash burns too much to use. I try my best to model good habits for my daughter. She is too young for mouthwash but when I am brushing, flossing, and rinsing I always leave the bathroom door open so she can come hang out. CHALLENGE: I am pregnant. I suffered from major nausea and bad gag reflexes. I alway have done my best at brushing but I struggled during the earlier parts of my pregnancy.

When visiting the dentist for my 6 month cleaning appointment I was all good! Gums and everything looked good. This was the first appointment I had taken my 3 year old to. It is important to me that she familiarizes herself with good hygiene. If not, it is bad for her health and could be really expensive and painful fix in the future.
