My daughter and I were blessed to be a part of the Peter Rabbit Press Junket in LA to help promote the movie! We are blessed that we were able to team up with Build-A-Bear on our visit where we received free Build-A-Bears of the new Peter Rabbit character at Build-A-Bear. All reviews and experiences are our own! This post also contains affiliate links.
As many of you followed along as my 8 year old and I traveled to LA for the Peter Rabbit Press Junket, we had a blast! We screened the movie, interviewed the cast, and also had an exclusive Build-A-Bear experience where we picked our own Peter Rabbit stuffies to build, dress, and prep!
If you haven’t been to Build-A-Bear, you will want to visit with your kids. The experience creates lifetime memories. My daughter had show-and-tell at school and she brought her Peter Rabbit to share with her entire class. These Build-A-Bears that she creates have been her favorite toys her entire life! When she was younger the toys she played with the most was her My Little Pony collection!
They also have some great deals that we always score. We were able to buy a $10 gift card for only $5, and we also get their e-mail rewards where we had a free $10 sitting in our inbox. We always score the $5 for $10 deal when we are there (because they have this offer all of the time) and it is always an instant $5 savings! We sometimes divide both girls transactions so we can rollover our gift cards.
Peter Rabbit is absolutely precious at Build-A-Bear (and the movie is really hilarious and an amazing family film). They have a couple of Peter Rabbit outfits including his iconic jean jacket and also his cute pajamas! My girls love to play make-believe so they scored the two different carriers on our trip.
Plan your next trip to Build-A-Bear and a movie with a Peter Rabbit theme! It is the perfect kickoff to Easter and Lent! The movie has a great theme of LOVE and will have your kids laughing the entire time (“except for the sad parts” my daughter wanted me to remind all of you).
Peter Rabbit Movie will be in theaters on February 9, 2018!
Peter Rabbit, the mischievous and adventurous hero who has captivated generations of readers, now takes on the starring role of his own irreverent, contemporary comedy with attitude. In the film, Peter’s feud with Mr. McGregor (Domhnall Gleeson) escalates to greater heights than ever before as they rival for the affections of the warm-hearted animal lover who lives next door (Rose Byrne). James Corden voices the character of Peter with playful spirit and wild charm, with Margot Robbie, Elizabeth Debicki, and Daisy Ridley performing the voice roles of the triplets, Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail.

These are so cute! Would be great for the Easter Baskets too, or just a new friend.
