Amwell Coupon Code – I was diagnosed by an online doctor…
I wasn’t sure, how I was going to write about this or if I would even write about my experience with Amwell. So I am going to leave this story a little general because it isn’t something I am ready to open up about. Since I had this Amwell Coupon Code (TELEVIST38), I was able to finally talk to a doctor about my own personal health issues.
I had some health conditions on and off for about the last year. I wasn’t comfortable talking to anyone about it. I just want to thank Amwell for making it so easy to talk to someone. My day started, where I was fed up of being sick. My 3 year old woke me up and within minutes she threw up, then she threw up again…so my plan to gain enough confidence to take care of myself fell through I thought. I took her to her pediatrician where they found she had strep throat. This took an hour for my appointment, 30 minutes of waiting, then another 40 minutes to get her first prescription, then another 20 minutes to drive home, then I had them call and tell me she was positive for Strep so it took my husband another 40 minutes to go and pick up her second prescription. Do the math…that means all the “mommy time” was gone.
As she fell asleep on the coach, my oldest was at her grandparents, and my husband was at work I thought I would give Amwell a try. I logged into my account and filled out the form with my Amwell coupon code. The doctor I spoke to Dr. Angela Long who specializes in Family Care.
I thought an online visit was so much better than going to the doctors. The cost of a visit is only $49 but you can pay $1 with my Amwell Coupon Code! I didn’t have to find babysitters, I didn’t have to travel, and I didn’t feel intimidated by waiting in a waiting room then waiting in the doctors office…then having to talk to a nurse and then to a doctor. I felt like our visit was very private and well worth it! I was giving a prescription for my private health issue.
I am not the only one, who is in love with online doctors! American Well (Amwell) was mentioned in Wall Street Journal! Online care is definitely the new Amazon of health care! The article mentions of the convenience of time and money!

An online doctor diagnosed me and I felt very comfortable about it. It took me several months to get into the doctor for this health issue. I cant guarantee that I wouldn’t have just continued to cancel due to pure embarrassment and placing my own health needs last.
If you have been googling symptoms to try to self diagnose yourself, if you are questioning your health or mental health…try Amwell today for ONLY $1! Give yourself the peace of mind you are looking for!
I loved their Mother’s Day video they published awhile back:

I find this idea awesome. I know many that can not get to the dr but have routine issues that they just need to get medicine refill for or have a cold etc… that is minor for more in depth problem I believe a dr should be seen
