A family fun movie and this mommy’s night in LA! This is my TOP 10 LIST from the Alice Through the Looking Glass Premiere in LA!
As many of you know, I was invited to LA to attend the Red Carpet of Alice Through the Looking Class Premiere in LA and I had so much fun!
Alice Through The Looking Glass Premiere in LA
The P!NK Concert! Nobody new what to expect! For the first time, Disney decided to team up with the friend Jimmy Kimmel and ON the street of the Red Carpet, have a LIVE performance from P!NK with two of her songs from Alice Through the Looking Glass! So we arrived on the street, checked in with our awesome badges, and then made it to the concert! I was given the VIP treatment and was able to stand on the very front of the stage!
The Red Carpet! So I snapped a few pictures on the Red Carpet with all of the stars of the movie and other stars! Of course, Disney had way better pictures than I did!
The El Capitan! I wasn’t able to take photographs in the El Capitan Theater, but it is amazing! It is owned my Disney! I have been there many times and the new Dolby screen and glasses helped make the colors of the film so much more vibrant and stand out! There was Disney music played for us and we sat in the orchestra section of the theater.
The After Party: The After Party was AMAZING and at the Roosevelt Hotel! This hotel is amazing! We walked in and were greeted by some free themed polish, food, drinks, events, stars, and FUN! It was overwhelming and amazing! The décor, the themed sweets, the food, and the people – everything was amazing! Just surrounding myself with stars, their families and their guests is amazing.
Music.ly Friends: Once we arrived at the after party, I got my makeup done, grabbed some food with some good friends, and then sat down with some nice strangers. I learned that they were guests of the app Music.ly. They were outgoing and fun to hang out with. They were talented dancers, social media influencers, and reps. Once we split up at the party, they called me over to tell me that I was in the Virtual Reality. I had no clue what that meant.
The Virtual Reality! I am so SILLY! After my Music.ly friends told me I had to try the VR because I was in it, I was totally confused. There was a man doing it. So I started to wave at him thinking that I would appear in his VR. I was so excited about that. Finally the OZO guys (who were doing the VR) asked if I wanted to try. So I am so excited, and they have sit down so you don’t fall over. ☺ I put on the glasses and it was ME at the P!NK concert! They had 3 VR cameras filming all her performances and since we were in the front we were RIGHT there! Check out the 360 degree view!
To watch me LIVE at the concert, switch to the 21 minute mark and rotate the camera! https://www.disneymoviesvr.com/live (Use Angle 1!)
My Friends! Over the last few years, I built relationships with several other bloggers. We network together, talk every day, and built a great and healthy friendship. We traveled together several times and are super supportive of each other’s success. When you are in good company it makes for a wonderful evening. When you are in good company at an LA Premiere party for Disney it makes it a MAGICAL evening!
Being called “the talent”! We had super fun photo booths at the party! They had a looking glass that was huge turned your face into the different characters, then there was a green screen app. So as a few of us were walking around the party checking everything out, a gentlemen got our attention! “Hey ladies, I will take your picture and you don’t have to wait in line.” (It was a line we didn’t even see as we were just circling the hotel to check out the party.) “I just want you to take your lanyards off because they don’t look that good in the pictures.” So he told us we would be next and chatted and was super nice! Then we hear him tell someone. “Hey they are next, I have the talent here.” This of course made us giggle and laugh. He just had fun telling us all of the celebrities he got to photograph and wanted to chat with us! We then realized we totally got VIP treatment from everyone who worked there!
The Urban Decay and OPI stations! Not only did I get my makeup done with different colors from the Urban Decay Through the Looking Glass line but I got some little fake lashes that looked so good and so natural! They are also super easy to apply! I have always wanted to sport my own lashes and I totally got some confidence wearing them during the premiere! They were on really good and super easy to wash off with my oil cleanser. Then my favorite part of the OPI station, was checking out the entire new Through the Looking Glass line of colors!
The compliments from all of you <3! Seriously! You all have to be the BEST readers! If you are new to my site…sign up for my emails and follow me on social! You guys are all super sweet! My husband tells me sweet compliments all the time, but getting dressed up and having all of you help me decide what dress to wear made me feel so good! I seriously had one of the best times “on the job” that I can remember!

In Disney’s “Alice Through the Looking Glass,” an all-new spectacular adventure featuring the unforgettable characters from Lewis Carroll’s beloved stories, Alice returns to the whimsical world of Underland to save her friend the Mad Hatter. Directed by James Bobin, who brings a unique vision to the spectacular world Tim Burton created on screen in “Alice in Wonderland,” the film is written by Linda Woolverton based on characters created by Lewis Carroll and produced by Joe Roth, Suzanne Todd and Jennifer Todd and Tim Burton with John G. Scotti serving as executive producer. “Alice Through the Looking Glass” reunites the all-star cast from the worldwide blockbuster phenomenon, including: Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, Mia Wasikowska, Matt Lucas and Helena Bonham Carter along with the voices of Alan Rickman, Stephen Fry, Michael Sheen and Timothy Spall. We are also introduced to several new characters: Zanik Hightopp (Rhys Ifans), the Mad Hatter’s father and Time himself (Sacha Baron Cohen), a peculiar creature who is part human, part clock.
Alice Kingsleigh (Wasikowska) has spent the past three years sailing the high seas. Upon her return to London, she comes across a magical looking glass and returns to the fantastical realm of Underland. Reuniting with her friends the White Rabbit, Absolem, the White Queen and the Cheshire Cat, Alice must save the Hatter and Underland itself, before time runs out. Presented in Digital 3D™, Real D 3D and IMAX® 3D, Disney’s “Alice Through the Looking Glass” opens in U.S. theaters on May 27, 2016.

I am so glad we got to “rock out” at the P!nk concert together! What a fun, magical night! PS – I loved the virtual reality video…but I think I’d still rather watch P!nk than watch us bouncing and laughing! lol
