Life can get expensive.  The price of everything is going up and that includes school supplies. Teachers also know this and often spend their own money to purchase supplies for kids who come to school unprepared.

Willis Chapel Ame Church is holding its Annual Back to School Drive.  They will be providing FREE backpacks, notebooks, pencils, and more to support your kids’ academic success. We will also have our clothes closet open as well as groceries.  Registration is required.

The Back to School Bash is the annual High Point Community Church’s FREE school supplies & backpacks. Food and drinks will be provided. Enjoy a water obstacle course, sprinkler inflatables for the little ones, and various yard games. Wear something you can get wet in, bring towels, and join us for a family-friendly evening at HPCC.

At the “I AM THE BAG” Backpack Extravaganza each student will receive a FREE Empowerment Backpack and school supplies.  The event will include free supplies, music, games, and different vendors.

The KCK School Foundation for Excellence is holding its 25th Annual Wyandotte County Back to School and Health Fair drive.  This is only for students in Wyandotte County. They offer more than just school supplies; they also provide families with basic health screenings and information to help everyone feel confident and succeed.
