Is The Inventor Family Appropriate? Movie Review
When I was first approached about this movie I thought I would like it but it definitely exceeded my expectations.
The movie is about Leonardo Divinci and shows beautiful 2D and Stop-Motion animation with some special effects. He goes on his journey to figure out the meaning of life.
The 2D hand-drawn animations are gorgeous with beautiful line art and principles of Animation. The art shows some of the art guidelines with a fun way to appreciate the art.
What I would not do to see the stages, sets, and puppets in real life! I am totally geeking out! I had the opportunity to visit LAIKA a couple of times but that is the only stop-motion stage I have seen along with owning some of the puppet heads.
Inventing flying contraptions, war machines, and studying skeletons, Leonardo da Vinci tackles the meaning of life itself with the help of French princess Marguerite de Nevarre.
What is the movie rated?
The movie is rated PG for Parental Guidance. It is definitely a family movie that is beautifully animated.
