Oh my goodness! I can’t stop thinking about Spider-Man: Far From Home. It was definitely the BEST Spider-Man movie that I have ever seen! There is tons of action, tons of humor, and of course the introduction of Mysterio couldn’t be any better. Check out my Spider-Man: Far From Home review below.
Spider-Man: Far From Home Review
Tom Holland was one of many people who didn’t age during the Thano’s snap from Avengers Infinity War. His performance in this movie was great, he is still struggling with wanting to live his regular civilian life and wanting to express his feelings for MJ while knowing that he is one of the few that need to go and continue to fight to keep this world safe.
When we were introduced to Mysterio, I even questioned myself whether or not he was actually a villain. Maybe he was actually trying to help Spider-Man some how? Of course, every comic reader knows he is the villain, but he is that good in the movie. I started to really like Mysterio in the same way I like Loki. Loki has been my favorite villain for a long time but the performance from Jake Gyllenhaal was so spectacular that he is my new favorite villain (until the next Marvel movie comes out, right?! Don’t worry, Thanos will never make my list of villains I like, I am still hurt from what he started.)
Honestly the entire cast, writing, and action were all top notch! Watching Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) work with Spider-Man for the first time was so much fun to watch. The relationship (you can see this in the trailer, so not a spoiler) between Happy and Aunt May makes Spider-Man’s reactions so funny.
I can’t wait to see it again and I can’t wait to see it rock the box office! Amy and Kevin did such a great job that I can’t wait to geek out and watch all of the special features when the DVD is released!
Be sure to check out the new Spider-Man merchandise from Zak! I love my new Lynden Tumbler! It keeps my cool drinks cool ALL day and my hot drinks hot for hours. It has been HOT outside so this has been perfect! It is my new favorite tumbler!
