Paws P.I.
Lionsgate has a new DVD movie that comes out called Paws P.I. We were so excited to see this movie since my family LOVES dogs. My girls were excited to not only watch it but play with the detective toys that the company sent us. This post is sponsored and may contain affiliate links.
About Paws P.I.
Funnyman Jon Lovitz highlights this family action-comedy as Jackson, the world’s first canine private eye! Jackson’s eager to help his pal, Peter, recover a missing will for Katherine, a hardworking veterinarian. To break into a mansion and retrieve the priceless document, Peter joins forces with his pretty neighbor Madison and her sassy poodle Cleo. With stuffy British parrot Peabody working surveillance from above, the human-animal squad battles bumbling henchmen to find the will and save the day.
I watched the movie with my 8 year old. She was really into it and enjoyed it. She had the best reaction to the film, “I liked it and my favorite part of the movie was ‘the dogs’. I like Jackson, I think mainly is fur design. “
As a mom, I thought it was funny and great for your older kids ages 5 and up! The movie had a “Home Alone” type feel as they were trying to get the missing will Peter’s dad who was on a P.I. case of his own. I thought the movie was cute and entertaining.
Detective Toys
Not only did my kids and I have fun watching the movie! They were so excited to play with their new P.I. toys to become a private detective. The oldest had been asking non-stop to play with the detective toy since we received it! Playing was so much fun and of course I had a blast with all of the photo opps! The Melissa and Doug Spy Role Play Set is adorable and perfect for your kids to use their imagination and play. It comes with a fedora, a trench coat, rear view glasses and more! After watching Paws P.I. my girls when to get several of their stuffed animal dogs to play with them as they tried to solve mysteries!
We also played with the ALEX Super Sleuth Detective Kit! My daughter loved making the finger print powder work and the rearview glasses.
Of course, your kids spy collections won’t be complete without a Paws P.I. DVD!
