Easy Rainbow Cupcakes
Need:
Cake Mix
Food Coloring
Icing
Cupcake liners
Rainbow Sprinkles
Rainbow candies
Directions:
Divide the batter by 4-6 colors! Use food coloring in several different bowls to create your mix.
Then color by color fill the cupcake tins that have been lined with cupcake liners.
I only used four colors in the cupcakes pictured: blue, yellow, green, and red.
You can easily create more colors for your cake or cupcakes!
I added Shamrock Cupcake Sleeves to make them more festive! ENJOY!!
Before baking when filling the tins use a ballon bag and cut the tip to slowly pour in the batter.
Try to pour the batter to get colored layers. The idea is that each bite will show multiple colors.
Besides rainbow sprinkles, I have also cut up Airheads Xtremes Belts to create little rainbows on top.
These cupcakes will be perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, St. Patrick’s Day, May Day, and more!
When presenting your cupcakes, Amazon has lots of ideas for rainbow cupcake stands!
