Fiesta Vegetable Dip with AE Fat Free Sour Cream

The BIG game is right around the corner, and around here the Super Bowl is a big deal even if our team isn’t playing. So we like to make a whole bunch of goodies and cuddle up and watch the game together as a family. This year I get to partner up with AE Dairy and try out some new recipes. I decided to make one that I will serve during the Super Bowl. The Fiesta Vegetable Dip is one that my whole family really enjoys.

One of my goals this year is to live healthier. I decided that I wanted to not focus so much on pounds or weight, but to instead focus on changing my habits to healthier ones.  These include lowering my calorie intake, increase my fruits and veggie intake, and of course drink more water and milk! This recipe hits two of my goals. It is low in calories and by eating it I am increasing the amount of veggies I am eating that day. Eating veggies is not always fun, but by turning them into a dip it makes it easier to do!

Chunky Fiesta Ranch Sour Cream Dip – Low Calorie Variation

Ingredients:

AE Fat Free Sour Cream
Fiesta Ranch Packet
Sliced Black Olives drained (small can)
Chopped Green Chillis drained (small can)
