  1. Download the app.
    Insert your zip code to get the ads to the stores that are near you!
    Go through the ads and clip whatever deals you like! This will give you a list of itemized items for the stores you like!
  2. Make a circular. You can use these items when you are at the store because you will have your own personal circular! Get more advanced and create a shopping list!
  3. Make, use and reuse a checkable Shopping List. Click on shopping list and type in all of the items that you need to purchase. When you are at the store you will see if there is something that you clipped. That is also on your list! Also if you haven’t clipped it, it will also let you know if it is on sale!

    I am a mom , but even without being a mom I’d still do these things:
    Coupon, but don’t buy a product just because there’s a coupon unless you can find a great “coupon scenario”.
    Buy store brand.
    Meal prep so that you don’t fall into a trap of going out to eat.
    Find online coupons before you shop for clothing, etc. AND use a “Cash back” website I always will order online and pick up in store (where possible) so I can use the cashback (on special items, not everyday items).

    I keep a list of sales I got in the past, I only buy when I can get a good deal. When I find that great price I buy in bulk. I know a good deal by checking my price list.

    I decided that to be a better Mom that I needed some “me” time or I would get very cranky. I suggest all Moms do this! I go for a early morning run and read books at night in a hot bath. Everyone knows it is my time and they stay away!
