Have you thought about coming up with a way to make your lipstick last? What about how to make your lip color last? Have you tried long lasting lipsticks and after an hour the lipstick is gone? Long lasting lipsticks also tend to be very drying. While lip pencils will last they have a super matte finish. It will end up looking like a lip stain but it isn’t an actual lip stain but you definitely get the look that you are trying to achieve. What it is, it is a mixture of mineral pigments and primer. What is great about it is that you control the intensity of the color. You apply it with a lip brush and then let it sit for a couple of minutes. This will allow it to dry. Then you blot to help get any globs, set your lip color, and remove any uneven spots.
When applying lip color with my bestie, Sara, she went and placed her fresh lip color right on her arm a few times to show me how the color doesn’t come off! I was quite impressed!
How to Make Your Lip Color Last
To get started first you want to take primer and then color (even a powder eyeshadow would work). I like to use:
Get some of your loose color and add it to a little bit of primer!
Take your favorite lip brush and apply it to your lips! Press and pat your lips with a tissue once. You will now have lasting lip color!
