UPDATED: I spoke to JC Penney today and asked them about the Step2 $15 set. It was confirmed that it was priced incorrectly. She wasn’t sure what was going to happen with all of the orders. I asked why it took so long to fix the problem, since the offer was available all day. She explained that since Christmas was on a Sunday they observed the Holiday on Monday. If it wasn’t their observed Holiday, it would have been caught sooner.
