Meet our dog named Rainbow. It isn’t very often I would spill out my guts to all of you, especially personal stories. I try to stick to my product experiences and funny stories of my kids, but I wanted to introduce to all of you “RAINBOW”. Rainbow is our newest puppy!
I am a pretty optimistic when it comes to life, but you know what 2014 (on a personal level) sorta sucked! I had a great year when it came to covering events and this blog has been fun and grown!
Last year, my husband lost his job. He worked for our family business and sales were going down (so we thought). Once deciding to shut down the doors our family found out that our accountant had been embezzling from us each month, a total loss of about 3 MILLION dollars. Since then, husband has been on a venture to look for a job, we missed our first year without taking a family vacation, and then on few days before Christmas I found out our 10 1/2 year old min pin had cancer and she ended up dying on Christmas Eve.
We had two dogs. So our other min pin, Lucky, hasn’t left our side since then. We even let her up in our bed with us. With our budget being way lower than normal, the stress of looking for a new job, and everything else 2014 wasn’t our best year.
We had someone we went to high school with post pictures of their dog who had puppies trying to sell them! We wouldn’t have purchased a new dog right now, but we bought Rainbow basically for the price of her first shots! She goes in Wednesday for her Wellness check!
We came up with the name Rainbow after my husband used a name generator and our 5 year old liked the name. I was going toward Cupcake or Cutie. So we let her pick between those and she went with Rainbow!
We are hoping this year is our Rainbow year after such a stormy one last year! We are hoping for new beginnings, a new career, and a better outlook in life. We hope that everything happens for a reason, and although we weren’t quite ready for another dog, it was our time!
Thank you all for reading my blog! The more you read it, subscribe, participate in giveaways…you help me out, keep my site going, and give me a purpose to keep on blogging!
Thanks again,
Enza

There is so much meaning behind the name. Your daughter did and excellent job choosing it. Rainbows always come after the storm, 🙂 Hoping the storms in your life are over and you have a wonderful year.

Don’t give up! Always the sun came up after the big storms… my best wishes to you and your family.
When the worse past, the best is coming… the most important thing is you all are together, keep that and fight.
Sincerely,
