This Chunky Fiesta Ranch Sour Cream Dip is a recipe that my friend gave me during one of my recipe showers I had prior to getting married! I have edited the recipe a bit to be a lower calorie variation and I enjoy eating them with vegetables when I am craving chips and dip, usually the carrots and Chunky Fiesta Ranch Sour Cream Dip kills the craving! The recipe is really easy to make!
One variation to make it a yummy and warm appetizer for your guests to is to scoop the dip onto chips, pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees and bake them for about 5 minutes until you see the cheese on top has melted! It definitely fills the belly with lots of flavor and will impress your guests! The amount of the ingredients you use is up to you. Sometimes I skip out on the shredded cheddar to save up and cute the calories even more!
